I had a query regarding a product I spotted online, which was showcased on a model. They provided me with all the details about it and informed me where I could purchase it. Although it wasn’t in stock at Samsoe, they did a fantastic job assisting folks!

The only improvement I’d suggest is to skip the need for printing return forms. Seriously, who even has a printer these days? 🙈

I found the customer service to be really great when I was looking for a coat. They were able to track it down and shipped it to the nearest store.

I ordered a shirt for my kiddo. Sadly, the package was empty when it got to my service point. I reached out to Kristoffer in customer service. He was super helpful, and everything was handled quickly and easily: my refund and my new shirt order. This time, the shirt made it safely, and it’s my son's Christmas gift.

I had a parcel go missing, and the folks at Samsoe really stepped up with their customer service to assist me. Kristoffer was particularly great. Big thanks to the whole team! It was a fantastic experience.

I picked up a vest from a local boutique. The SS site didn’t have my size available, but I managed to track it down at a concept store and snagged it right away. No regrets so far! I'm really happy with the quality and the price.

I ran into a hiccup with their delivery service. Thankfully, Samsoe Samsoe stepped in and offered me fantastic help! Their customer service is top-notch!

I faced a tech issue that resulted in a payment being processed without a confirmed order. However, I got a speedy and friendly reply to my email. They refunded me, and I was able to place the order again successfully.

I was charged a tenner for delivery, and guess what? My package ended up at the wrong place! I’m at 52, but they slapped a 5 on it. The woman at that address had to open it up and find my number on the invoice to let me know. I double-checked my confirmation email, and I did enter 52, not once but twice! When my partner tried on the top labeled ‘relaxed fit’ from the site, it didn’t fit him at all. The sizes are way off! And to top it all off, they want £11 for returns. That’s just wrong! For a pricey brand, returns ought to be free! I’m done shopping here.

I ran into a few issues with my payments since ideal wasn’t functioning right. Because of that, I had to reach out to customer support. That’s where I encountered a wonderful person named Cecilie. She (if I’m not mistaken) assisted me flawlessly and with tons of patience. Plus, she used such sweet words that really made me smile. Hey Samsoe, your clothing line is fantastic, but your customer service is just as amazing!

Recently, I had a great experience with the customer support at Samsoe when I needed to send back an item past the 30-day return period because of covid. They got back to me super fast, assuring me it wouldn't be an issue. Really kind and helpful folks, and for sure, it's a store I'd happily buy from again with trust and excitement.

I've had a few hiccups with GLS in the past, since they usually don’t provide any updates on where your packages are. After waiting a week, I gave them a ring, and they said, 'the address was incomplete.' I fixed that and called again a week later, only to find out, 'the package was sent back,' even though the order status claimed it was delivered. I reached out to Samsøe, and they also contacted GLS, but I kept hearing different stories about my package every day. It really feels like it’s gone missing. Even though this isn’t really their fault, I got my money back along with a 20% voucher! Big thanks for the awesome support from Samsøe!
